二、綜合工時制適用于什么行業
(1)交通(tong)、鐵路(lu)、郵電、水運(yun)、航(hang)空(kong)、漁業等行業中因(yin)工作(zuo)性質特殊,需連(lian)續作(zuo)業的(de)職工;
(2)地質及資源勘(kan)探(tan)、建筑、制(zhi)鹽、制(zhi)糖、旅游等受季節(jie)和自(zi)然條件限制(zhi)的(de)行業的(de)職工;
(3)其他(ta)適合實行綜合計算工(gong)時工(gong)作制(zhi)的職工(gong)。
三、綜合工時制中工時的計算方法
年工作日(ri):365天/年-104天/年(休(xiu)(xiu)息日(ri))-11天/年(法定(ding)休(xiu)(xiu)假日(ri))=250天/年
季工作日:250天(tian)/年÷4季=62.5天(tian)
月(yue)工作(zuo)日:250天(tian)/年÷12月(yue)=20.83天(tian)
工(gong)作小時數的(de)計算:以(yi)月、季、年的(de)工(gong)作日乘以(yi)每日的(de)8小時。
綜合工時制(zhi)中工資(zi)的計算方(fang)法(fa):
日(ri)工(gong)資:月工(gong)資收(shou)入(ru)÷月計薪天數
小(xiao)時工資(zi):月工資(zi)收入÷(月計薪天數(shu)×8小(xiao)時)。
月計(ji)薪天(tian)數=(365天(tian)-104天(tian))÷12月=21.75天(tian)。
